Aura Leveling – Delete account and data

Inside the app

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete and open Settings.
2. Choose DELETE ACCOUNT. Confirm your password for an email account, or authenticate again with Apple/Google. Guest accounts do not need a password.
3. Type DELETE and confirm permanent deletion. Wait for confirmation that deletion is complete or has been accepted.

Without the app: request deletion by email

Use the link below or email kontakt@dayandigitalsolutions.com with the subject “Aura Leveling – account deletion”. Include your sign-in email if available, sign-in method (guest, email, Apple or Google) and a character name. Explicitly request deletion of the account and its associated data.

We verify that you own the account before deleting it. With Apple, your sign-in email may be a private relay address. A guest account without email is most safely deleted inside the still-signed-in app; additional verification may be necessary if you no longer have access. Do not send passwords or one-time codes.

What is deleted?

The authentication account, characters and public profile/name entry, saves, inventory, currencies, progress, private game mail/rewards, friend connections and requests, guild memberships and attributable guild chat/battle replay data. Account-linked push tokens, purchase links and refund adjustment data are removed as well. This also removes moderation reports made by or about that account and references in block lists. Other players and their independent data remain; a guild may transfer to a remaining member.

What is retained in a limited form?

A technical deletion-completion marker containing the account ID is scheduled for automatic deletion after 30 days. Minimised receipt hashes/blocking markers without a link to the deleted game account remain to prevent purchases from being credited again for as long as a receipt could be reused. Technical provider logs and backups follow their retention periods; legally required records or data for specific legal claims remain only for those purposes. We do not delete your Apple/Google account, store receipts or payment data held by the store.

Timing and consequences

In-app deletion starts immediately. When a request is confirmed as accepted, interrupted cleanup continues automatically. Email requests are handled after ownership verification; we respond within the statutory periods, including any necessary follow-up questions. Uninstalling the app is not a substitute for deleting the account.
